How to Get to Yakh Morad Cave
To reach Yakh Morad Cave from Karaj, take the Karaj–Chalus Road and continue toward Gachsar. After passing the Nesa area and before reaching Gachsar, look for the turnoff and secondary road leading toward Kohneh Deh and Azadbar villages. This road is located on the western side of the main road.
After entering the secondary road, continue for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the Kohneh Deh area and the junction leading toward the cave. From there, follow the road toward the cave and park your vehicle at a suitable location. The rest of the journey continues on foot, involving a relatively easy hike.
Depending on where you park your vehicle and the condition of the trail, reaching the cave entrance takes approximately 30 minutes to one hour on foot. Along the way, visitors need to cross the mountain slopes, and at one point, the route passes over a bridge in the vicinity of the Azadbar River.
