Shahsovan nomads

The Shahsovan (Persian: شاهسون‎) are a northwestern Azari tribe. They speak the Azari.
A small percentage of Shahsovan are still nomadic pastoralists, migrating between summer quarters (sardsīr or yaylāq) and winter quarters (garmsīr or qishlāq). Numerical estimates of their total population widely vary. Shahsovan primarily inhabit in Ardebil (اردبیل) and parts of the province of Azarbayjan-e Sharghi.
In Turkish language shahsavan is the name of some tribal groups , which live in north west of Iran specially in Moghan and Ardabil .

Their life style and other cultural properties , specially their half – circle alcoves , has distinguished them from other tribal groups in Iran .
